Festival dates are Friday - Aug. 21, Saturday - Aug. 22, and
Sunday - Aug. 23.
Holler Fest volunteers work in exchange for their festival donation.
You should expect to put in a few hours for each day you plan to attend.
Please do your best to give us accurate arrival and departure times,
so that we can schedule your volunteer hours accordingly. If you volunteer
for festival setup/takedown, you can complete yours shifts before or
after the event, and have the weekend off!

Area Coordinator
Area Coordinators are a special category of volunteers that are trained in advance
and work extra hours overseeing specific areas of the festival. In exchange,
Area Coordinators receive two festival passes, a weekend meal pass, and a Holler
Fest 2009 T-Shirt. On average, Area Coordinators will be asked to work ONE 5-8
hour shift during the weekend and will be responsible for training hourly
volunteers, communicating with festival coordinators, and addressing any
issues that might arise. We have a limited number of these positions,
so let us know what special skills you would bring to the job!
