The Holler Kitchen

Meals at Holler Fest always highlight locally-grown organic fare. Most of the dishes from the Holler Kitchen use vegetables grown right here at Frog Holler Farm. Hearty farm food, honest and delicious, will be dished up at mealtimes throughout the weekend.

Free Speech coffee from Roos Roast will wake us up throughout the Fest.

Silvio's Organic Pizza

Silvio's Organic Pizza returns, selling slices of Silvio's unique and creative take on pizza. Silvio elevates pizza to a culinary art form! Always a large percentage of organic ingredients.

Pilar's

Pilar's Tamales returns and will be serving a variety of their popular tamales, as well as tamale dinners. Lots of local ingredients in this extremely tasty and satisfying traditional fare. 

Local Food Emporium

Expanded this year, a special area dedicated to selling a sampling of locally-produced snacks, drinks, and food items. Baked goods, granola bars, chips and hummus, pickles, shaved ice - all locally made and delicious.
