Morning Yoga FlowA student at Inward Bound Yoga in Ann Arbor for over 25 years, Deborah was certified 11 years ago through Yogafit and has taught since then in Southwest Florida. Her classes range from chair yoga, gentle yoga, slow flow yoga to vinyasa flow . She especially enjoys teaching therapeutic Deborah brings a wide range of experience and an infectious joy to the practice of yoga and welcomes all levels to this morning wake-up yoga class. |

Gong Meditation for Rejuvenation and HealingThe healing sound of the Gong deeply relaxes the nervous system and repairs it! Let go of trauma, stress and tightness during this deep space of meditation. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for lying on the floor, some will be provided.
Billie Wahlen is a Kundalini Yoga teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan and certified by the Kundalini Research Institute. He has been teaching in the Ann Arbor area since 2003. His workshops are dynamic, profound and deeply self healing. His spiritual name is Mohinder Singh which means the lion who is the love of God.

Hoop DanceHoop dancer Missy Cooke leads classes in the Lansing area and helps participants relax, let loose, and smile more by getting up, getting out, and starting something new! Missy's adult hoop class is great for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on core hoop techniques, or reverse current hooping. The class will cover core hooping techniques such as waist and shoulder hooping, and a few basic arm and hand tricks. After that you'll learn a hoop dance sequence that combines several tricks into an easy routine you can practice at home or mix into your current flow. On-body hooping uses every muscle in your body so come prepared with a water bottle and comfortable clothing. Remember, bare skin grips the hoop better than clothing, so shorts and and tank tops are recommended. Beginners are welcome. You do not need to be able to waist hoop to attend. |

Recently Mama Luna has been incorporating the principles of the Rumi-inspired Whirling Dervish spinning meditation into all forms and styles of dance. She will share this energizing practice in her workshop. All ages welcome! |

Qi GongOriginally from Taiwan, Sifu Joseph Wang has been practicing SUN SHEN Tai-Chi since 2003. He is a disciple and Senior Tai-Chi Student of Master Sang Kim, inheritor of Master Gabriel Chin’s Yang Style Tai-Chi lineage. After completing the Tai-Chi System, Sifu Wang began teaching in 2005. His specialty is body mechanics and movement. He will be teaching 5 Elements Qi Gong, a series of simple exercises that help to balance your energy. Even after this one class you can learn enough to practice it at home and make a real difference in your daily life. |
