Food

Meals at Holler Fest always highlight locally-grown organic fare. Most of the dishes use vegetables grown right here at Frog Holler Farm. A special emphasis this year will be the recreation of classic Indian Summer meals. Indian Summer was Ann Arbor's first natural foods restaurant. Ken King, the founder of Frog Holler Farm and to whose memory Holler Fest 2009 is dedicated, was also one of the founders of Indian Summer, as well as head cook. Saturday and Sunday meals will honor Ken's culinary inspiration.

The good folks from Friday Mornings at SELMA will delight Saturday breakfasters with their famous granola. Camp at Holler Fest on Friday night so you are there early enough to get some!

Outstanding Saturday night desserts from a new local food force: the Michigan Lady Food Bloggers!

Silvio's Organic Pizza returns, selling slices of Silvio's unique and creative take on pizza. Silvio elevates pizza to a culinary art form! Always a large percentage of organic ingredients.
